What services do you cover?

Twelve core back-office services across three areas: People & HR Operations (employee data, timesheets, compliance, onboarding, rota), Finance & Billing (payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping and reconciliation), and Business & Admin Support (virtual assistant, CRM data management, data entry). Can I pick and choose services?

Absolutely. Most clients start with People & HR Operations and Finance & Billing, then add Business & Admin Support as needed. We'll build a plan that fits your priorities.

What tools and software do you work with?

We integrate with your existing stack, including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, BrightPay, Breathe HR, Personio, HubSpot, Salesforce, and many others. No migration required.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is scoped to your team size, service mix, and volume. We provide a detailed quote after the discovery call. No hidden fees.

Will I get a dedicated team?

Yes. Every client gets dedicated remote operators, never a shared queue. You'll have a team lead plus specialists matched to your HR, finance, or admin needs.

How does getting started work?

We start with a 30-minute discovery call, then assign a dedicated team and integrate with your existing systems. You share secure access, we document your processes, and daily execution begins. Most clients are fully operational within 48 hours. Complex multi-system setups may take up to one week.

How do you handle data security and system access?

We work inside your systems with role-based access you control. Processes are documented, access is limited to what's needed, and we follow your data privacy and compliance requirements from day one.

Is there a minimum contract term?

We recommend a 3-month initial term to allow for setup and process stabilisation. If that works for you, plans continue month-to-month after that with 30 days' notice.

What happens if we need to stop working together?

When you choose to move on, we'll hand back documented processes and support a smooth transition so nothing falls through the cracks. If you're past the recommended initial term, 30 days' notice is all we need.
